All of our orders are processed either through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.

When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT.
All products are sent to you from Hilversum in the Netherlands, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at point of purchase.
Shipping & insurance via DHL Express/TNT or Federal Express
The painting will be carefully packaged and ready for the DHL Express delivery. It is strongly advised to insure the Artwork during shipping. However none of the main carriers provide value insurance. We suggest contacting www.artinsurancenow.com to secure insurance during transit.
Damaged products or parcels
If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to assist you in the recovery. Take note DHL or other carriers don’t insure the art work just the payment of the transit costs when the damage occurs in transit.
Please contact us before returning any items. Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations. Products are to be returned in original condition if possible in original packaging, or in as equally secured repackaging. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer. When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will discuss together the possibilities for repair. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
Please note: Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
